When a payment by a card (which required 3D-Secure authorization) is processed the IPS Assist returns AS110 value in the response_code replay field. Also, fields pareq and acsurl are not empty in this case.
The customer has to be forwarded to the Issuer-Bank site by URL from acsurl field.
