Virtual Terminal is used to pay for goods/services via the client card by the operators having access to IPS Assist interface. Virtual Terminal allows you to conduct such operations as MOTO and POS key entry (input card data in the presence of the client).

A payment can be performed only by user, which has necessary rights in the system. User rights can be checked by following way:
- right-click on the user in section 'Users';
- select 'Edit Rights' from the context menu;
- check that column ’Access’ is checked in line ‘Virtual terminal’ of section ’Components’.
