NOTE! When full order number is inputted search is performed by exact match (ignoring rest of filters including dates period). If order number is not inputted or a mask is used (order number contains % symbol(-s)) then search is performed within the selected times period and considering rest of filters. Mask usage is described in the annex 1. |
- Order type – drop-down list of order types: Normal, Recurrent, Billing, Split, Accrual, Autorecurrent, All.
- Original amount – text field for amount entering (without penny/cents, only whole numbers).
- Initial – drop-down list of recurrent order types: 'yes' – for initial and 'all' – for all.
- User login – only for Assist mPOS mobile application users. Case insensitive search by user login in IPS Assist which was used by order creation. The search by a mask is possible too.
If more than one criteria are filled (for example, Merchant, Mode and Order number) then orders which fit to all search criteria appear in the search results table.

To increase the number of together displayed orders on the screen you can temporarily hide the top filter bar using the special button located to the right at the top of the Orders monitor window:

Clicking the button hides the filter bar at the top of the screen:

Press the button again to return the display of the filter bar at the top of the screen.
There is an ability to get summary information about orders, which are shown in the Orders monitor window. To see that information press 'Summary' button located to the right at the top of the Orders monitor window:

You'll see a total amounts for each currency and numbers of orders. Grand total amount and total order count are shown in bottom.
